A Thought From Dad and Mom

Dearest Family:
We pray that you are all doing well. We love you all and continue to pray for your families daily. We miss you and look forward to out moments together.
We had our Stake Conference this weekend. Most of the messages were on the temple, family history work, missionary work, scripture study, FHE, prayer and of course the family. We felt the spirit of truth radiate within the talks given.
I asked Dad to give you a thought from the conference so here it is.

Two critical thoughts:

Devastating world strife and personal struggles have been - and ever will be common to all generations of man – for all children of God will be tested in a like manner.

The “great war” did not end in heaven. It is more insidious and vicious than ever. Morning family prayer is a critical requirement for daily safety and power over all the adversary might wage against us. Breakfast provides physical nutrients for strength and wellbeing – Morning family prayer will protect the family, the home and each individual against the unseen assaults.

Having said that – remember these two phrases:

Whatever God may bring us to – He will lead us through

Prayer – don’t leave home without it !!

We love you all!
